Bruce May

Bruce began his real estate investment career in 2007 at the height of one of the worst real estate crashes in history.

While working full-time as a police officer in Southern California, Bruce took advantage of the market and he completed nearly two dozen residential flips and wholesale projects while learning this dynamic business.

Bruce was fortunate enough to retire in 2013 when he was only 50-years-old which then allowed him to focus all his energy and efforts on his investments.

Bruce is actively involved in his local real estate groups and sits on the board of directors for the North San Diego Real Estate Investment Association.

Bruce is also a board member for the Cabrillo Credit Union and enjoys woodworking and spending time with his wife Karen and their children.

He's an avid reader, likes to travel and desires to own commercial real estate in the near future.
