Brandy: When did you & Jay do business together?
Geoffrey: Jay approached me with private lending opportunities in Vista Ca.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Geoffrey: Jay is committed to learning, understanding and mastering every aspect the of the real estate business. This put him at the forefront of the latest statistics and news about the housing market in California as well as the real estate sector nationally. As an investor, this makes me feel very confident in Jay’s commitment to expertise and excellence.
Brandy:Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Geoffrey:Jay brought a lending opportunity to me with attractive interest rates.
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Geoffrey: Excellent.
Brandy:Why?
Geoffrey: He followed thru on all of his promises and lived up to all expectations.
Brandy: : a) Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) Do you feel like he listened to you?
Geoffrey: A) Yes. Jay is very punctual about returning phone calls and voice mails. B) Yes. Jay is a good listener and addresses all questions that I pose. This is particularly helpful to me as I am far less knowledgeable in real estate than Jay and he has gone out of his way to connect the dots and provide a foundation for my understanding.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?
Geoffrey: No.
Brandy: Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?
Geoffrey: No.
