Dale Machen Reference Call

Assistant Brandy Mattix called Dale Machen about his recent experience with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.

 
Brandy: When and where did you and Jay do business together?

Dale: 6 months ago in Chino Hills, CA.

Brandy: Would you please explain what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?

Dale: He basically acquired another partner, who was the construction contractor, and was responsible for the financial side of the deal. Jay took care of the financing and accounting processes.

Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?

Dale: Very personable, has great character, honest, trustworthy, good with finances and good at raising private money.

Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?

Dale: Excellent.

Brandy: a) Tell me a little bit about Jay’s communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time?

Dale: His communication skills are very good and he is prompt. He answers the phone and returns calls in a timely manner.

Brandy: b) Do you feel like he listened to you?

Dale: Yes

Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?

Dale: No.

Brandy: Would you do business with Jay in the future?

Dale: Absolutely.

Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?

Dale: No.
