Assistant Brandy Mattix called Laura Ember about her recent investment with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
Brandy: When did you & Jay do business together?
Laura: In Carlsbad Ca, actually…in Oceanside, CA we both belong to a real Estate club there and did everything by phone and email.
Brandy: So, was the property in Carlsbad?
Laura: I actually don’t know where the property was…I trust Jay explicitly.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Laura: Honesty and he knows what he’s doing.
Brandy: Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Laura: He was responsible for doing a rehab on a house and making sure I was covered by having insurance and having a deed and gave me more updates than I needed on how things were progressing.
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Laura: Excellent.
Brandy: Why?
Laura: Because he was experienced enough to know how long it would take and made it as easy on me as he could and had the title within a few miles of my house and I would definitely invest with him again.
Brandy: Can you please clarify “he had the title within a few miles of your house”?
Laura: He made sure when I had to sign papers it was close to my house so I didn’t have to travel.
Brandy: Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) Do you feel like he listened to you?
Laura: a) yes and whenever I texted him, he always texted me right back b) yes
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?
Laura: No.
Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?
Laura: He’s a great guy and I’m planning on doing more business with him.
Brandy: Thank you so much for your insights, Laura, I appreciate your time.
