"I've invested in a couple of Jay's fix/flips over the past couple of years; a project in South Bay/San Diego most recently closing. I think it important to note that lots of folks look good when everything is going smoothly; fewer shine when obstacles need be faced. My most recent venture with Jay ran into numerous, and considerable, delays. At a time when I may have been worrying about the fate of the project, I was receiving (mostly) weekly updates.
Jay would walk the project, discussing various issues, keeping me posted on the progress (and the roadblocks); these walkabouts were available to me on YouTube. Being kept appraised of what is happening, both good and bad, is something I appreciate. Jay is particularly strong in that regard. All obstacles were met, and overcome; the project could only be judged as a sterling success."
