Assistant Brandy Mattix called Mahesh about his recent investment with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
Brandy: When and Where did you & Jay do business together?
Mahesh: I funded his purchase of the property on Mont Mar in Vista. This was beginning of November 2013.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Mahesh: I like the fact he provides regular status updates. The work done on the property was top quality. I appreciated the fact that I was compensated before the property was acquired (as the short sale dragged on). Obviously prompt payments were greatly appreciated.
Brandy: Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Mahesh: He was responsible for acquiring the property and rehabbing it. I financed a portion of the purchase.
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Mahesh: Excellent.
Brandy: Why?
Mahesh: For the reasons outlined above.
Brandy: a) Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) Do you feel like he listened to you?
Mahesh: a) Yes.
b) Yes.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your transaction? How did Jay handle that?
Mahesh: Yes the shortsale dragged on. He addressed that by providing regular status updates.
