Assistant Brandy Mattix called Richard Hetherington about his recent experience with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
Brandy: When did you & Jay do business together?
Richard: Jay and I first did business in the spring of 2012. I was a lender on a property that he was fixing in Chino Hills, CA.
Brandy: Would you please explain what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Richard: Jay was the “quarterback” on the team and he kept me informed throughout the project, sending me an update including a video update once a week as the project was on going.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Richard: Jay does a good job on his projects. He is buying properties well, has a good team together to improve the properties, and Jay does a good job of keeping a steady stream of communication to the investor(s).
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Richard: Excellent.
Brandy: During your communication with Jay, do you feel like he listened to you?
Richard:We didn’t have much occasion to communicate. I just followed along with his updates. If I had a question or sent an email I received a prompt response.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?
Richard: No, the project went pretty smooth.
Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?
