Brandy: When and Where did you & Jay do business together?
Bernie: We started in September of 2013- San Diego County.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Bernie: Good communication and follow up - integrity and honesty.
Brandy: Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Bernie: He was responsible for securing property of which we provided a portion of funding. Facilitating the rehab of the property and communication of progress. Disposition of the property and ensuring funds were distributed monthly and at the end of the project.
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Bernie: Good.
Brandy: Why?
Bernie: He did what he said he was going to do, communication was continual and honest throughout the project.
Brandy: a) Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) do you feel like he listened to you?
Bernie: a) Yes.
b) If things were shifting or time frames changed, he would update us right away.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your transaction? How did Jay handle that?
Bernie: No.
