Assistant Brandy Mattix called Mike Leeney about his recent investment with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
Brandy: When and Where did you & Jay do business together?
Mike: In San Diego, Spring 2013
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Mike: Jay is professional, honest and very knowledgeable in real estate and continually strives to become more educated.
Brandy: Would you please explain what Jay was responsible for and what he did with you on the project?
Mike: Jay found the deal and basically managed the renovation project. He was responsible for the close of escrow on buy and sell side. We bought the property fixed it up and sold it. I was just acting as lender
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Brandy: a) Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) do you feel like he listened to you?
Mike: a) Yes, very prompt and no problems getting in touch with Jay. I’m an investor and lender and I trust Jay, he is knowledge I provide funds and let him do his thing.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your transaction? How did Jay handle that?
Brandy: Would you do business with Jay in the future?
Steve: Yes, I would. In fact, I am currently working on a project with Jay and hope to do more in the future.
Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?
Mike: I look forward to working with Jay and it is a pleasure working with him.
