Assistant Brandy Mattix called Erin Wicomb about his recent experience with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
Brandy: When did you & Jay do business together?
Erin: San Diego 2011 2012.
Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?
Erin:I think he’s a culmination of ready, and emotionally controlled, and he sees the job for what it is. He sees a culmination of numbers and relationship and makes things work. It’s a win-win!
Brandy: Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?
Erin: Jay was responsible for putting together 2 deals on short notice and made the deal work. He was more involved on the capital side.
Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?
Erin: Excellent.
Brandy: Why?
Erin: Because he’s got specific understanding of the business that not a lot of people have. He was creative responsible and can add advise. He has a unique perspective that not a lot of people have.
Brandy: Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time? b) Do you feel like he listened to you?
Erin:a)Yes. B) top priority in that aspect a 10 out of 10.
Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?
Erin: Yes, an obstacle that we are still working on is timelines. and he is very respectable and understanding, and that was on our side and we were (still) able to get the job done.
Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?
Erin: He’s a great guy to do business with.
