Ryan Broley Reference Call

Assistant Brandy Mattix called Ryan about his recent investment with Sherman & Associates. Below is a transcript of the call.
 
Brandy: When and where did you & Jay do business together?

Ryan: We Flipped a house in 2011.

Brandy: What would you consider to be Jay's strengths, assets, or things you like about him?

Ryan: Jay has one of the highest levels of integrity that I have ever seen. He honors his word no matter what and that is difficult to find these days!

Brandy: Would you please clarify what Jay was responsible for & what he did with you?

Ryan: Jay ran the books and helped make design decisions on the project.

Brandy: On a scale of excellent, good, fair, or poor, how would you rate Jay's overall performance?

Ryan: Excellent! I wish we could work together more!

Brandy: Why?

Ryan: I can depend on Jay 100% and that is difficult to find in business today!

Brandy: a) Tell me a little bit about Jay's communication skills. Did he answer your voicemails on time?
b) Do you feel like he listened to you?

Ryan: YWe talked when we needed to and Jay had very clear communication.

Brandy: Did any obstacles get in the way during your business dealings with Jay? How did Jay handle that?

Ryan: Sure, we had a 6 week rehab and a 9 week closing! We pushed and prodded when we needed to and eventually got the deal done.

Brandy: Thank you. Do you have any final comments or suggestions about Jay?

Ryan: I would do more deals with Jay in a second!
